Return Policy, Refunds and Exchanges

At The Useless Ceramics, we appreciate the trust you place in us when you choose to purchase from us. Not every purchase end up being what you originally wanted or hoped for, we understand that and respect your choice to Return, Exchange or ask for a Refund. This page describes how we process Returns, what it takes to Exchange the product and how long it takes for us to Refund you the payment.

Return Policy

• Contact us to process your return.
• All items purchased from theuselessceramics.com may be returned unless the item is marked as Sale or Non-Returnable
• Eligible returns will be credited to your original form of payment or a gift card (gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law).
• Please note, we reserve the right to refuse or limit quantities to anyone we believe may be purchasing items for resale. Sales to anyone management believes to be a reseller or bulk purchaser are final, and no exchanges or returns will be granted.

Refunds

• All refunds are subject to approval and will be refunded to your original form of payment excluding shipping and handling costs.
• Refunds for orders purchased with Gift Cards will be issued as a Store Credit to an appropriate online account. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law.
• To receive a refund to the original form of payment, the purchaser must return the item by mail after the return was approved and confirmed by email.
• Shipping cost is not refundable.

NOTE: It may take a few days until your bank posts the refund to your account.
